In season one of Fear Thy Neighbor, Welcome to Murder Street is the story of conflict between Tom Wess Jr. and William Weismann in the state of Nevada. The show is described as a well to do man takes an argument to a new level when he hires a hit man to kill his neighbor. Weismann attempted to hire a hitman to kill Tom Wess Jr., his neighbor. Their conflict was based on property lines. William pleading no contest to two charges of soliciting to commit murder after he was charged with trying to hire a hit man to kill his next-door neighbor, Tom Wess Jr., and was sentenced to five years in prison. Thuy Boland In season 2 of Fear Thy Neighbor, Next Door to Crazy the story of Thuy Boland and her victim, an anonymous neighbor and her child is shown in Nevada. The show is described as seeking to make a fresh start in Las Vegas, a teacher and her son find themselves the targets of harassment and escalating intimidation by the woman who lives next door. Thuy stalked her neighbor and her son for a year and a half, committing vicious acts and threatening messages and was on the run when she was captured in New Orleans.    The neighbor was granted a restraining order for protection and has likely left the area. Thuy is not in custody at this time. At some point she was possibly married to a Miles Boland.
