James Escoto The show is described as a three year feud over land reaches a bloody and tragic conclusion for a young mother in Miami.   Baldomero Fernandez passed away in 2008  He was charged with second-degree murder, but was helped by the community who believed in him. They had had a three year feud over a small patch of land that culminated in Escoto approaching the older man cursing. He shot him until he was out of bullets, hit him with the gun until it was taken away and then beat him with a rock. The grand jury upgarded the murder charge to first degree.
