The show is described as two families with several children between them get along famously until one of the mothers starts to dictate to the other how she should be raising her children; battle lines are drawn, violence flares, and blood runs in the street. Steve Fordyce Donald Harrington In season five of Fear Thy Neighbor, Family Values takes place in Colorado and shows the story of two married couples who were neighbors, Steve and Nicole Fordyce,  and Samantha and Donald Harrington. The show is described as living in her family home, a woman befriends her new neighbors, only to be plunged into a nightmare of threats, violence and betrayal; after her brother steps up to protect her, blood will be spilled and lives forever shattered.   According to The Courier, Fordyce was charged with first-degree murder, and during a bench trial, Fordyce’s attorneys argued he acted in self defense. Judge David Odekirk dismissed the self-defense claim and found Fordyce guilty of voluntary manslaughter. He was sent to prison for ten years and has since been released.

In season five of Fear Thy Neighbor, Dead Men Tell No Tales takes place in Louisville, Kentucky and shows the conflict between David Allen and Mark Tatum. The show is described as a man who is meticulous about his lawn bickers with a new neighbor who doesn't have the same priorities; the feud between the two men escalates, ultimately ending in an episode of shocking violence.   The two had been arguing over the state of Allen's lawn and property. David was shot multiple times in his own home. Mark was sentenced to thirty-five years in prison. In season five of Fear Thy Neighbor, The War Next Door takes place in Garden Grove, California and shows the story of Robert Price and Glen Ray Berry. The show is described as a family loves everything about their new home except the mockingbirds that perch and squawk in the backyard lemon tree; the family seeks to scare them off, igniting a feud with their neighbors that spins out of control until someone lies dead.  Originally Price was  was charged with one felony count of murder with a sentencing enhancement for the personal discharge of a firearm causing death. He plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter was sentenced to five years and has since been released from prison.

Bruce Schunk In season five of  Fear Thy Neighbor, This Bullet's for You tells the Florida, Tampa story of neighbors, Bruce Schunk, Sandra and Keith Lewandowski . The show is described as two women have lived next door to each other since childhood; then, one of the women's ex-husband begins seeing the other, leading to a conflict; when property disputes are mixed in, the result is a shocking act violence that engulfs them all.    Christie Jackson was shot by her neighbors, a mother and son. but survived the attack. Vinson plead guilty to shooting and was sentenced to ten years He has since been released. His mother, Linda Sue was convicted by jury and sentenced to fifteen years in prison. She could have received up to twenty years. It's just messy to date a neighbor's ex, even if you are not friends. Best to avoid that as much as possible. The show is described as a single woman and her daughter are delighted when a single man and his two daughters move in next door; they become fast friends until molestation charges result in anger, accusations and multiple bloody deaths. Dennis Lynn Flechtner was acquitted on three counts of murder for the deaths of Adam Owen, Angela Leird, and , Robert Light. The victims were all under the influence of meth and other drugs and alcohol. In season five of  Fear Thy Neighbor, Cock-a-Doodle-Dead, the story of neighbors, Susanne Borden and Irving Galarza in Cleveland, Ohio. The show is described as a homeowner has high hopes for the renters who move in next door; then, his hopes are dashed, setting the stage for a shocking act of violence that threatens to claim many lives    Susanne Borden survived the fire, but had extensive injuries and nearly died. This was all done because Irving believed he owned the drive way his neighbors were using. It doesn't help that the  neighbors purposefully messed with him to the point he was willing to do this. The show is described as two neighboring bachelors start out as friends; harmless banter turns into threats eventually igniting an escalating war; the violence ends with a murder so shocking it is almost beyond belief.    William Perry pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated murder with death-penalty specifications, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
