Hell Hounds Klonda Richey, Andrew Nason and Julie Custer

In Season One, Hell Hounds is the story of neighbors Klonda Richey,  Andrew Nason and Julie Custer in the state of Ohio. The show is described as "In Dayton, Ohio, a woman welcomes a young family when they move into the long-derelict house next door, then escalating fights over pets and children lead to a deadly confrontation." Klonda was viciously killed by Andrew and Julie's Andrew Nason and Julie Custer pit blls in her own driveway. While they had to have let the dogs out for that to happen, they were never charged in her murder. They were convicted of minor crimes, served very brief sentences and have since been released. As a result of this murder, Ohio passed the Klonda Richey Act which helps to hold owners accountable when their dogs kill someone. Andrew has since been convicted of child abuse. In season 1 of Fear They Neighbor, Burn Neighbor, Burn  details the conflict between siblings Helena Ward and Andrew Sindrewicz in New York. According to the show description, in Alden, N.Y., siblings who live next door to each other get into a conflict when a brother returns home; soon, they are at each other's throats and their family feud comes to a fiery end. In the two years proceding the murder suicide, there had been eight police calls regarding the dispute. Kimberly Perry Season one of Fear Thy Neighbor, House Of The Rising Gun shows the story of  Kimberly Perry , Alcee Perry and Ryan Poree in the state of Louisiana. Alcee Perry The show is described as: a single mother of four children finds the perfect house in New Orleans, then a robbery at a neighbor's home leads to a misunderstanding, then to paranoia, conflict and bloodshed. The killer, Ryan Poree claimed he was not guilty by reason of insanity, however the jury rejected that defense and convicted him.  Prior to these murders, in February 2011 he had shot and killed a teenager in a justified homicide. The show is described as an industrious woman and an ambitious man buy adjoining houses, intending to restore the derelict properties to their former glory, but when one of the renovations falls behind, it leads to conflict and murder.  Roy Kirk was caught dismembering his neighbor. Neighborhood Madhouse, Jean Pierre Villar and Holli Bodner

 In season one, in Neighborhood Madhouse the story of Jean Pierre Villar and  Holli Bodner is shown. The show is described as: In Longboat Key, Fla., a psychologist discovers her neighbor may be a violent criminal and vows to protect herself -- with devastating consequences.    Holli abuses her position as a psychologist to have her neighbor Jean, instiutionalized. Ultimately, he is severely injured and dies. She is exposed for her abuse and pleads guilty to a perjury charge. She has since been released. Galliano Jr.,, Gail Galliano, Christopher, Galliano  Gary Williams, and Tina Williams, Edward Lutes Jr. is shown in the state of New Jersey. The show is described as a decorated police officer relies on his neighbors to help him take care of his beloved daughter, then she accuses one of them of molesting her, and all hell breaks loose.   After killing his neighbors, Lutes went on the run, ultimately killing himself rather then face prison.

This ends badly for Robert as he is killed in a rage killing on Halloween. The show is described as: In Tamarac, Fla., a new boy becomes friends with the most unruly youngsters in his neighborhood, leading to bad blood that boils over on Halloween and comes to a horrific end. Todd Stevens In season one,  Nightmare Next Door, the story of  Todd Stevens and  Neal and Paula Zumberge is shown i the state of Minnesota. The show is described as in New Brighton, Minn., two neighbors get along great until one of them catches Lyme Disease from the deer the other feeds on his property, then the ensuing blame game leads to rising hostility and ends in gunfire.  In life things just happen every day, without reason and without fault. For whatever reason, Neal associated every event that happened to him on Todd, resulting in insane anger and murder. Thomas Twain In season one, Night of the Machete the story of apartment building neighbors,  James Cvengros and Kaila Gearhart, Thomas Twain is shown in the state of Idaho. The show is described as: in an apartment building, two young couples walk around on eggshells because of a neighbor who can't stand one couple's music and the other's dog, then all hell breaks loose, and a violent rampage ensues.  Thomas Twain was sentenced to serve five years, which he did. He has since been released. In researching this story and looking for the original viral video, you might be surprised at how often people use machetes to attack others in groups or alone. The video exists, but is buried in stories of more recent machete attacks.
