The show is described as a U.S. Army veteran goes out of his way to make his neighbors feel welcome, but when a child's birthday gift goes missing, it takes only 37 days for the friendships to end in a killing spree.

Billy Woodward was initially charged with first degree premeditated murder and attempted murder after shooting his neighbors, Gary Hembree, Roger Picior, and Tim Blake. Tim Blake survived the shooting. As tragic as any loss of life is, Billy had taped several events where his neighbors were threatening himself, his family and his home. While they did not deserve to die, they knew exactly what they were doing it and their blood is also on their own hands.
