Tunnel of Hate, Ann Hoover and Roy Kirk

In season one, Tunnel of Hate shows the story of Ann
Hoover and Roy Kirk in Pennsylvania.

The show is described as an industrious woman and an ambitious man buy adjoining houses, intending to restore the derelict properties to their former glory, but when one of the renovations falls behind, it leads to conflict and murder. 

Roy Kirk was caught dismembering his neighbor. He asked police to kill him. He hung himself in the back of the van on the way to the police station.
