Cock-a-Doodle-Dead, Irving Galarza and Susanne Borden

In season five of  Fear Thy Neighbor, Cock-a-Doodle-Dead,
the story of neighbors, Susanne Borden and Irving Galarza in Cleveland, Ohio.

The show is described as a homeowner has high hopes for the renters who move in next door; then, his hopes are dashed, setting the stage for a shocking act of violence that threatens to claim many lives   

Susanne Borden survived the fire, but had extensive injuries and nearly died. This was all done because Irving believed he owned the drive way his neighbors were using. It doesn't help that the  neighbors purposefully messed with him to the point he was willing to do this. Irving plead guilty to attempted murder, aggravated burglary and three counts of aggravated arson and was sentenced to eleven years.
