In season 2 of Fear Thy Neighbor, Landlord, Death Lord is the story of neighbors Erich  and Abigail
Mounce and John Kendall in the state of Washington.

The show is described as in Vancouver, Wash., a young couple's neighbor violates the strict codes of community conduct in their housing development.   

Kendall shot Abigail in the eye in the vehicle, nearly killing her. Erich was not wounded. Kendall went on the run only to later kill himself. The neighbors had been on their way to court to settle their differences. The shooting caused chaos in the town.
