In season four of  Fear Thy Neighbor, Mountain of Madness the
story of neighbors, Tim Newman and Joe Campbell in the state of Montana is shown.

The show is described as a wealthy executive causes conflict after forbidding his neighbors access to his extensive lands; one local handyman fights to keep the roads and trails open for all, a struggle that ends when one man lies dead.   

In the end Joe Campbell pleads guilty to negligent homicide and is sentenced twenty years in prison, suspended, and is to have no contact with the victims.
