Barbara Glisan In season six of Fear Thy Neighbor, Deadly Turn, the mass killing and suicide of Kevin Janson Neal is shown in the state of California. The show is described as a couple escapes the dangers of the big city and moves to the country; however, they begin to suspect their new neighbors are involved in the drug trade, leading to a bloody conflict with children caught in the crossfire.   Kevin Janson Neal Kevin Janson Neal killed five people and wounded twelve others before killing himself. He had a long history of paranoia and mental illness prior to these murders. His wife, Barbara Glisan , was the first person he killed, He hid her body under the trailer the two shared. Also killed were Danny Elliott, Diana Steele, Joseph McHugh III and Michelle McFadyen . He appeared to have selected victims at random.

Steve Fordyce Donald Harrington In season five of Fear Thy Neighbor, Family Values takes place in Colorado and shows the story of two married couples who were neighbors, Steve and Nicole Fordyce,  and Samantha and Donald Harrington. The show is described as living in her family home, a woman befriends her new neighbors, only to be plunged into a nightmare of threats, violence and betrayal; after her brother steps up to protect her, blood will be spilled and lives forever shattered.   According to The Courier, Fordyce was charged with first-degree murder, and during a bench trial, Fordyce’s attorneys argued he acted in self defense. Judge David Odekirk dismissed the self-defense claim and found Fordyce guilty of voluntary manslaughter. He was sent to prison for ten years and has since been released.

In season five of Fear Thy Neighbor, Dead Men Tell No Tales takes place in Louisville, Kentucky and shows the conflict between David Allen and Mark Tatum. The show is described as a man who is meticulous about his lawn bickers with a new neighbor who doesn't have the same priorities; the feud between the two men escalates, ultimately ending in an episode of shocking violence.   The two had been arguing over the state of Allen's lawn and property. David was shot multiple times in his own home. Mark was sentenced to thirty-five years in prison. In season five of Fear Thy Neighbor, The War Next Door takes place in Garden Grove, California and shows the story of Robert Price and Glen Ray Berry. The show is described as a family loves everything about their new home except the mockingbirds that perch and squawk in the backyard lemon tree; the family seeks to scare them off, igniting a feud with their neighbors that spins out of control until someone lies dead.  Originally Price was  was charged with one felony count of murder with a sentencing enhancement for the personal discharge of a firearm causing death. He plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter was sentenced to five years and has since been released from prison.

The show is described as a homeowner has high hopes for the renters who move in next door; then, his hopes are dashed, setting the stage for a shocking act of violence that threatens to claim many lives    Susanne Borden survived the fire, but had extensive injuries and nearly died. This was all done because Irving believed he owned the drive way his neighbors were using. It doesn't help that the  neighbors purposefully messed with him to the point he was willing to do this. In Season One, Hell Hounds is the story of neighbors Klonda Richey,  Andrew Nason and Julie Custer in the state of Ohio. The show is described as "In Dayton, Ohio, a woman welcomes a young family when they move into the long-derelict house next door, then escalating fights over pets and children lead to a deadly confrontation." Klonda was viciously killed by Andrew and Julie's Andrew Nason and Julie Custer pit blls in her own driveway. According to the show description, in Alden, N.Y., siblings who live next door to each other get into a conflict when a brother returns home; soon, they are at each other's throats and their family feud comes to a fiery end. In the two years proceding the murder suicide, there had been eight police calls regarding the dispute.
